There is an under publication book entitledEU Policies and Plans for the Management, Development and Promotion of Services in Public Libraries, consists of nine chapters. The book was compiled and translated by the three key staff members in the process of project implementation. The purpose of preparing and compiling this book was to describe for Persian audiences a range of valuable public library experiences in the European Union and its member countries. A further book, Localization of Some EU Plans in the Development of Public Library Services for Applicationin Iran, with the aim of implementing EU plans and programs in our country, is being developed by the project team and will be published soon.
